One has to wonder if the IIO/IBT - with a Nixon/Peabody "investigator" on staff - will prefer charges against Teamsterlink administrators under the guise of "bringing reproach on the union?" Judge Jones has already ruled that retirees are subject to IIO investigation and discipline.

If OZ is successful in using dues money to hire union-busting law firms to prohibit TeamsterLink from using the word Teamster, then OZ can come after any and all of you. When is enough enough? Is the GEB going to be allowed to silence all of you who belong to or post on these groups until the only information you can get comes from the Communications Department, TDU and the PR firm Berlin Rosen? It's time to stand together like a union and tell the IBT to let Teamster members to express their views without fear. Contact members of the "reform" GEB and find out if they support this travesty.

Remember when, and how the TDU cheered on the IRB and IIO, not for ridding the Union of the mob ( accomplished by 1995) but for their work as a political weapon. They have supported and lied about trumped up charges, and cheered on prosecutions that had no basis of fact and which disregarded witness who had nothing to gain, for a few lying miscreants, whose political aspirations were rewarded for their help in clearing the path for oz. Now they cheer on the witch hunt to rid the Union of any political opposition. The seeds were sown years ago, and now we are seeing the poisonous fruit of the oz/IIO, govt, holy trinity.
