Here's a couple examples, when Trump was president he appointed the country's top union-busting attorny's to run the NLRB (the agency that handles virtually all union/Employer conflicts). Biden appointed the most pro-union NLRB in history, which is why we've been getting good decisions lately. Trump had a chance and refused to help Teamster Pensions, Biden bailed out Teamster Pensions like Central States to the tune of $36 Billion. Yeah pretty much the same.

Yes, Trump did appoint a union buster as the postmaster general. He did not lift a finger to help failing pensions. With that said, the NLRB is still severely underfunded and understaffed. Why has Biden not properly fund it. If he was pro-labor why did he need to stop the railroad workers. The excuse was the economy was so fragile. The economy is still fragile. The Biden administration interfered in the UPS, Celeste Drake deputy director for Labor & Economy of the National Economic Council and Big Three/UAW contracts.

Giving credit where credit is due $36 Billion to save Teamster Pensions is no small thing. The NLRB is not properly funded because the funding request is being blocked in the House which is controlled by Republicans. The Biden admin did not interfere at UPS or with the UAW.
