Sexual harassment needs to end in the Teamsters

It would stop if guys would say something about it when it happens. Most Teamster bargaining units work under fairly strict policies when it comes to harassment issues. Leaders should make sure they and their staffs at least live up to the same standards.

She won't lift a finger. One of her new BA's was going stir crazy at a event a few years ago harassing providers and staff from other locals and not a thing was done to this agent. She brushed it under the rug even after letters were sent to her office about this predator.

We are starting to look like UPS management now? We had a Division Manager and his underboss follow a cafeteria woman home. He did this several times. He even trapped a woman in with his car at a cul-de-sac. Of course the cafeteria woman went to UPS HR and they didn't do a friggin' thing about it. There was another manager that got caught not once, but twice in a sexual act at work. And, of course nothing. Another idiot (Ramp Manager) fell for another manager (both married) and they were meeting before work. The fool forgot that the wife paid the bills and saw he was pinging the EasyPass too early going over the Walt Whitman bridge. Ooooops. One manager was seen in a vehicle numerous times with a part time supervisor. Her head was of course going a mile a minute. Our building at PHL is one big whore house. Used condoms can be seen on the outer edges of the ramp. UPS was and still is aware.

So yeah, let's not be like them!
