SOB is an opportunist that will pander to whatever base he is at. He is unprincipled and what someone in the west calls him "The Boston Bully".

Hicks would like people to think otherwise, he's been trying to kill 117 forever, but Scearcy's 117 is the most respected Teamster Local in the state of Washington and well beyond.
