You need people at the top of the IBT who understand how to work within the Financial community and with the International Unions, and understand how to put together a deal. Unfortunately, there is no one at the IBT who has even one of those skills, or any credibility in those areas. The few people who had those skills and capabilities are gone. Experience and ability matters. Saying Fuck, and playing the macho game gets nothing done.

Korgan is just the director he doesn't actually organize anything. If he hires or uses volunteers that actually come out of the craft then they might have a chance and if he actually uses strategies that work then it might work. Without those he'll have a hard time organizing just like they did when he tried to organize FED-EX.
