Gotta love when your name is announced on a radio show that I was welcomed on frequently. This poor guy, Hector uses his platform to trash this forum that is simply telling the truth about the leadership of our union. Poor Hector has simply forgotten about the illegalities of the past and has joined with the scum that permeates our very union. One of these days, Hector will agree with our premise that our union doesn't care about the dues paying members. He loves the bandwagon. I am one who hasn't forgot Hector running his mouth, like I have, that Hoffa, Hall, and Obrein need to be locked up.... yes it was criminal what was done to us under these dirtbags. Our healthcare has been diminished, we still have a 4 year progression, progression for new hire part timers, 8 month wait for healthcare coverage (used to be 30 working days) and many more concessions that still stand in our contract.

I guess I am just a different person than Hector. I never forgot and he has COVENIENTLY forgot the past criminal activities of the Teamsters. Let's not forget Hector saying last time "Get the fuk over it".

Some ass hole from local 804 that was in the REAL Vote No Movement that carried his rage in to love for the same people he railed against. I actually listened to his whole podcast this time. Very unusual for me because he don't know his ass from a hole in the ground. I had to pause it to watch my beloved Eagles get their asses handed to them. I love his dumb questions... "Is there a law that you have to have 2 days off a week?" lol And, this dude is a business agent. I read their contract for the Atlantic Region and yes, they are being screwed. The supplement they have is so weak, but they can refer to article 2 and argue they may refer to the stronger language which is article 11 Section 1b and 2. I don't know their whole oral and written arguments but they shouldn't project their anger at Sean O'Brien as much as their local for such a lame ass supplement and not enforcing Article 11 which allows you to file a grievance and stick it up their asses by demanding a meeting within 48 hours.

I am going to make an assumption that the company is referring to the Atlantic Supplement Article 52.1 which is wrong if the grievance is argued that Article 2 defers to Article 11.
