What does the supplement read? I never had a problem with the 6th punch. They tell us we HAVE to work and I tell everyone to don't bother showing up. Then I step to the manager and tell them they don't have to come in and show them the language. Never had a problem. This is a company policy that they need to tell everyone they are required to come in. It looks like your union is weak.

I just read the supplement. Who the fook negotiated their agreement? It is sooo vague. You have the right to file a grievance but not during peak? lol

BTW... where is that jerk I confronted on the sidewalk? Poor guy had to pay cab fare after getting a ride in the joint council van. Ohhh those were the days.

Here is an email the ibt sent out last week to the UPS teamster app last week and it was pulled back later that day. Rumor has it they accidentally sent it out. It is a strong are tactic to put it back on the local.
