You have to congratulate Rob for getting such a ruling. This helps prove that Vote No advocates like me were in FACT targeted. I knew Rob and spoke to him on the phone at great lengths. Many here would never know what Rob had been through like I do. I will agree with many here who say that it is disgusting that he decided to partner with a true scum bag that could care less about his plight. I am happy to see this journey go his way for once.

Where was the article when I got ILLEGALLY fired? Why Rob Atkinson would bow to a man (Sean O'Brien) that admitted to me and many others that had involvement in his termination is beyond comprehension.

Rob's lawsuit proved that all locals who supported Hoffa were under the direction of the administration and tried to quell a movement that was trying to show criminal intent.

Yes sir, he did. Zuckerman knew all of this. O'Brien was working with UPS management not only against Rob Atkinson but against the whole Vote No Movement. I love the "Keep this to yourself" stuff. Basically "We gonna get those Vote No people". I was in a lot of those emails. My flyers were given out too.

It didn't just end or start at New Stanton. Me and a guy we all know as Jumbo were at a building in the City of Pittsburgh (Beaver Ave) and we were being surveilled there too. This is why I have always advocated to throw out all Hoffa supporting rats and never laid down with scum in our union. I never compromised my principles. There was no way in hell I would EVER support Sean O'Brien or Zuckerman.

This not only happened here on the East Coast but the company fully supported the Hoffa Administration including the West Coast. In this Email the Labor Manager was giving inside information to the union about reform slates running against Pro-Hoffa locals. Sean O'Brien was a part of all of this. Rob Atkinson has this email and sent it to several people proving once again, he is sucker.

I never supported anyone who sucked up to Hoffa and NEVER will. Especially Sean O'Brien. Fred Zuckerman also got caught sending love letters to Hoffa? begging to be on his E-board behind reformers backs while running against him.

I was one of them. They targeted the whole country. The guy in Portland got targeted and fired. I was hearing that numerous people were harassed. It was like 1997 all over again. They followed people home with cameras after the strike. UPS is a dirty company. Our union was right there with them. I can only imagine what was in ALL their emails around the country. You have to watch backstabbing part timers too like this guy. He claims to have started his management career in August of 2014 and this email is from December of 2013. This is who the Hoffa suckers were working with, RATS.
