I haven't seen people act like since high school or on a few episodes of 'Cops'. Nothing surprises me with this organization. I doubt it's a public relations piece but really you never will know. If it's not, I'm sure Mullins will do everything possible to go after O'Brien, just like the Kennedy's did with Hoffa.

While the authors political bent is undeniable, the factual evidence is correct. His conclusion that O'Brien is all hot air 100% correct. All bark and no bite.

I actually think it was just a "public relations piece" as you mentioned. O'Brien, who can't stand it when he's not the center of attention, got a big bump in attention after the first round. Why not do it again?
It's classic O'Brien, talk tough knowing the actual fight will never happen. It's his "shtick". It's every Bully's shtick. He did it with Sen Mullin, he did the same thing with UPS, the difference is Mullin called his "anytime anyplace" bluff. O'Brien proved to be a paper tiger at UPS and this is just more of the same. No need to buckle any chinstraps boys.
