    952 Sexual Lawsuit settled?

Rumor has it that Local 952 president John "Chevy Chase" Green has settled a sexual harassment lawsuit out of court.

Two years ago 952 hired a female organizer from the SEIU to help organize Newport Meat Company. The organizing drive ended in failure.

After the failed drive, the female organizer filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against "Chevy Chase" Green who is also a known racist and drunk.

How much of the members money at 952 was used to settle this sexual harassment scandal by John Green?

Is this the reason Frank "the Rat" Sevilla made the motion at the October general membership meeting not to disclose the financial report?

Not only are 952 members covering a defamation lawsuit against a former bookkeeper, but they are also covering a sexual harassment lawsuit.

Why is John Green mimicking his former 848 mentor Jim Santangelo with a sexual harassment scandal of our own at 952?

Is it even legal for members to cover two lawsuits?

Settlements of lawsuits doesn't mean any one is guilty of anything. Often in these situations a local is better off to settle than spend the money on lawyers and court.

Agreed, if you are innocent you fight it. If you settle anyone can make an accusation and visit the ATM.
