O'Brien is not just as bad as Hoffa, he's worse. Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't remember Hoffa going after opponents like this. There are proven documented cases of retaliation and there will be more. Even on this GEB O'Brien has threatened John Palmer and is working to get him ineligible to run in 26. I don't remember Hoffa doing anything like that to Vice Presidents or anyone else because they disagreed or opposed him. Real teamsters have a responsibility to fight back against threats, intimidation and retaliation.

He did only during that time there was no social media to spread the news like we have now. There were plenty of locals that were trusteed that were all Carey supporters. Hoffa was just as bad.

It is true. O'Brien and the rest of the Hoffa goons retaliated against the vote no activists. I was one of them. I see so much negativity projected towards Rob Atkinson and some of it is worth it but let's never forget that this man stood against the Hoffa regime and suffered immensely. He lost his house over this crap. Rob does deserve to be criticized against but he was on the side of right.

I was unjustly fired four times and my union did nothing about it. That would include Richard hooker. There were so many false statements written against me and these people should have been thrown out of the Union.

There were numerous vote no activists fired and harassed and you have idiots in this Union embracing these people that love the Hoffa administration up and are now acting like they are the reformers.

I met a manager from a different building in a store and we were talking because he saw my UPS shirt. He tilted his head and smiled and I said "You know who I am don't you?" He said "Yes we all know who you are" and then he went on to ask me if I have enough time to retire. He then asked me to be careful and said he knew what I meant. He was being very nice about it and knew I was a target.

That is why it is so distressing to see pundits talk about reform when they weren't even there in 2013.
