Funny thing...reoccurring rumors that Cooper owned Zuckerman when he was director of the the carhaul division, literally...they got the best deals, the best concessions, and now, coincidentally, they are in play for Yellow. I think some are of the notion that they will hire everyone back, with seniority, vacations etc. Not going to happen. If it actually comes to fruition, it will be a substandard freight agreement, and the workers will still hate the Union, like they did all those years the company got saved, even though they accepted their contract, and then bitched and moaned the entire term. Wondering what ABF thinks about this deal...do they have a favored nation's clause? We shall see how this plays out and how oz screws it up.

Jack Cooper has had it's own problems running itself. Not sure this is the answer. I agree with Koldww OZ and Freddy the fraud are'nt the answer.
