It was Sean O'Brien who wiped our good healthcare from the contract. It was Ken Hall who wiped the Maintenance of Benefits clause from the Master that guaranteed that we were stuck with the costs to maintain our healthcare. That would ensure that our benefits would only get worse.

In Pittsburgh it was the flip-flop Rob Atkinson who was fired thanx to O'Brien working iin collusion with management.

In New Jersey the leader was the founder of the Vote No on UPS Contract FB page, Mark Timlin.

There was many Vote No leaders in 2013 across the country while David Allen and Greg Kerwood were MIA.

In Pittsburgh, it would be Gary Piso with his friends at his local. It would also be Dave Livingston and others at his local. It would be Rob Atkinson and his buddy (forget name) at the Betty Fisher local.

In Jersey, it was Glenn Keworrhy and his buddy Jerry. Jerry was a reformer before anyone thought about vote no just like me. Jerry is the OG of reforming the union. In North Jersey, there are sooooooooo many people to name. Mark Timlin did not start the Vote No page. I met the guy that did. He worked at Glenn Kenworthy's building. He handed it over to Timlin because the local union pigs threatened his job.

Ahhh Dave Levin. Another non-union TDU hack. He met us at a Chinese buffet in the city. Jumbo loved buffets. He taught us in his own way how to organize a movement. He also came to my PHL rally and spoke on the megaphone. Everything was great until I started asking questions. I would ask questions like "So let me get this straight, you don't want to renegotiate the master that is prescribed in article 12 of the IBT Constitution? If we do not renegotiate the master that barely passed, then we are stuck with teamcare." "What about the Barbara Harvey letter that basically said that Hoffa illegally negotiated our contract and that renegotiating the master is required in the Constitution" All these questions had TDU showing me the door.

By the way, TDU tried to use a useful idiot named Bobby Curry. They tried to get him to make a speech in New York to say that he voted no in Philly but would vote Yes in New York. Bobby refused by not even showing up.

All this stuff happens all the time. People dream the stuff up and they believe their own b*******. A group of us used to have these End the Fed rallies. Years later, I was reading this guy's post on facebook. He was bragging about how he used to set up and organize these rallies. I said, oh really.,.... So you set up with so and so and so and so? He said who? I posted pictures of me at these rallies setting up and asked him to post his. He said that he was there and after all my questions, it boiled down to him only attending one rally and never organized or set it up.

He wants to talk about bringing reproach against another Teamster? He should ask Richard hooker about his close friend and running partner Clarence bagby writing a letter about being threatened by me. I never threatened that man and he got me fired. Clarence and his buddy went to the extent of going up to security with everybody that he worked with in the area and they wrote statements. The statements that were submitted by those people were so ridiculous that they didn't even use them. One woman had the audacity to say that I took a swing at him and another one said that I knocked her down to get at him. Everything was on video and they even doctored the video. Richard hooker told me after the panel hearing, that he was going to resolve everything. Meaning,,, the people that lied in those statements would be punished by the union. What did he do? Nothing! So this simpleton, David Allen should keep his trap shut about reproach while talking to Richard hooker. Also, Mr. Hooker was there when a business agent said she didn't want me back to work to a division manager. He never said a word to me about it til years later when he was running for office against her. How convenient!

I caught the man throwing my flyers out. I walked up to where he was working and he was not working at the time. I asked him to leave my flyers alone. He was the one that flipped out and was screaming and a woman held him back. They tried to flip the story and say I was flaliing my arms when I was only pointing at the flyers when I told him to leave them alone. The business agent at the time, Carl Robinson, told me that there were 11 statements against me. The manager told me that there were 11 statements that he had to read before he could bring me in the office to terminate me. They all lied and said that there was only four. Two statements were from security and the other two were from a supervisor that wasn't even there and a woman that was holding Mr bagby back. Both of them lied in their statements. The supervisor said that I said I was going to f*** him up. They all confirmed that it wasn't said. The woman that was holding him back wrote a statement that I got in his ear and whispered something to him but she doesn't recall what I said. The video proved that that wasn't true because I didn't even come within 15 ft of the man. Then, we got down to panel and they showed a video that was doctored in such a way that you could not even see my hands being raised towards the flyers and the background was blurred out that would have shown Clarence Bagby throwing his arms up and down in the air, and screaming while the woman held him back which they accused me of doing.

After the panel hearing and I found out that I got my job back but with a suspension, they encourage me to run for shop steward. I told them that my dues were not paid for the three months that I was out. They told me not to worry about it and Clarence said that he was going to just drop the dues payments. I refuse to be a part of that. After them encouraging it and me refusing , I said fine I will do it. I put my name on the list to be shop steward and the day of the election I was dropped off of the ballot and I called Richard hooker on the phone. He said that my dues were not paid. I told him that I demanded him to take all my dues in one lump sum after that panel hearing so that they were paid up. He said, I never said that. That is why I come to this forum and call the man a pathological liar.
