    Today, the Board issued its Final Rule addressing the Standard for Determining Joint-Employer Status under the National Labor Relations Act.

    The Boards final rule on Joint Employer status should open the floodgates for TEAMSTER ORGANIZING. Not just at Amazon which is what the new ruling looks like it was designed to tackle, but with any other major corporation that try's to hide behind the the fiction of a third party operator.

      This is huge! It completely blows up the whole advantage companies enjoy by using independent contractors and claiming they weren't responsible. The Board is now saying they are responsible for that worker.
