It seems pretty obvious easy for me to offer a solution to Sean that can help him right the ship. Automatically recognize the organizing department demands for a union and move on. Lets be the model for the labor movement. Then we can get to the real fight. The employers. Just do the right thing Sean. We are a union for crying out loud.
