Nope. Pay to attend. If you do go, make sure to bring some Bemjamins. David Levin blesses all the donations during collection hour. He announces the person's name and how much they gave. It's insane how much money they beg for at the convention.

Since 1903 Locals have stood up to the International, pushed back, and told them to go to hell. Autonomy of Locals and the JCs was the cornerstone of the strength of the Union.
