Former Yellow Teamsters Struggle to find work

There are also reports that long term Yellow drivers are being passed over in employment opportunities at nonunion companies because of past union membership. Its certainly discrimination but hard to prove. Most union employers would be happy to hire any Yellow Driver just because of their experience. Teamster Locals need to keep placing Yellow drivers for any possible job openings. Many have found work in union shops and its working well for their new employers.

The IBT left most of it up to the Locals, most of them are probably doing a good job but its not quick.

I have a family member who was able to find work. Got lucky. He felt that it was right to fight Yellow. He blames this all on the company but still thinks Obrien is an asshoe.
