They have a bunch of kids running things. Kids that learned everything from John Coli a know scammer. One looks like a hobbit or red headed gnome, both zero rank and file and experience, one his dad was somebody with the police and the other was another joint council superstar what was hired right out of college. This administration has people running the day to day show that were never rank and file. Not everyone has to come from a specific craft to be effective but this administration is a mirror image of the last one. Just more militant, but making major mistakes that make the Teamsters look bad.

A very good point, if you've never been a R&F you'll never understand the members of this union. On the job training at that level can't work but they fired most of the staff on the first day so this is what they've got. Locals don't want to talk publicly but everyone sees it.
