Both Andy Marshall and Jay Phillips were fired under orders of Sean O'Brien. But because Victor Mineros doesn't know that 1 + 1 = 2 he rehired Andy to give the contract presentation.

It was leaked that Andy couldn't believe Victor allowed O'Brien to sucker hin into giving up the pension without a fight.

Well, there's no way Jay wins anything close to 6 million. Officers and Agents are at will employees. Depending on the bylaws, Jay may not have a leg to stand on

I believe a President can be removed by a vote from the Executive Board including the Principal Officer. Local 396 and Victor either have dirt in Jay or are going to dig something up to make the dismissal stick. That's how the Teamsters operate. There's no such thing as Brotherhood.
