This could make for some pretty fast elections or with big majority's we could even see employer recognition in smaller shops. Teamster Locals are well suited to organize smaller shops, 100 workers or even less. We have more diverse skills, crafts and industries than any other union. This NLRB decision could make organizing workers in industries like Craft Beer, as was mentioned elsewhere on this site, a lot faster and not as expensive.
