    Contract vote count

    Is there a Non Disclosure Agreement ( NDA) on the vote count procedure? Who is counting the votes ? Are there observers? Where is the count occurring? How many votes were cast ? perhaps the members have the right to know .

      Yesterday group text messages revealed that by 6pm the total votes had jumped to 48%.
