The Part-Time Fight for $25 at UPS and the Betrayal of TDU

With UPS and the Teamsters at the negotiating table, Edgar Esquivel takes issue with those in the US Left who have tailed the leadership of Teamster President Sean O'Brien.

There is a very small number of people supporting this. In my opinion $20 is a good starting rate and give the preexisting ones the money. You know, the ones who worked through the pandemic that have worked here through the hard times.

There is a guy working on the belt who after 16 years is making 23/hr and a guy working across from him that is making 22/hr after only 6 months.

That article could have done a better job at showing how the 2013 contract was far worse than the 2018 and the hypocrisy of these Johnny Come-Lateliy types.

Where is the organized part time campaign ???? All I hear and see are full timers that hate the company.

There is a girl out of some place in Georgia that looks like a building with about 35 employees. She wears red and a few other do as well. She claims she is part of a big movement but it looks like a movement of about the same 6 people.

She came across as a sort of hillbilly socialist.

She's from rural Georgia and has no political leanings. TDU does not support her fight for $25.

She seems like a big part of TDU now. I think you are wrong.

But it is a lot of code to write this and the user has to be an admin!
