Keep hearing different stories about who or why this whole disaffiliation started. One story says the GCC was paying no per-capita at all, so Zuckerman sent them a letter dissolving the affiliation agreement. Another story says OZ informed the GCC leadership they were being dissolved and the members folded into existing Teamster Locals, a practice that has been going on for some time.

It would be helpful to get an accurate report since we appear to losing more than 20k members. Considering how much $ we spend to organize and win contracts for that many members, this is a very big deal.?
