The problem lies with the Company and years of mismanagement. Yellow keeps making the same mistakes and not changing with the times. When they get in trouble financially, they ask for concessions from the Membership. How much more should the Members give back? There comes a point where enough is enough like Hostess. No one wants to sacrifice 22k jobs but at what cost to keep them?

Sadly, Yellow Corp. has done more than anyone else to single handedly destroy the unionized LTL industry. The national master freight agreement is a warm and distant memory. Now all of the remaining companies are forced to compete with non unions who have lower operating costs. Make no mistake they will never turn this company around. Having said that let's let the members decide. I'm hearing most of them have had enough and do not want to give anything more to this horribly run outfit. Whatever their decision we should respect it. They have made incredible sacrifices and recieved nothing in return.
