Anything less than $25 should be a no! Stop selling out the part timers. Nothing happens without them.

Gracias for the solidarity. If RPCD and full time insider workers do not get $55 with a two year progression, Imma be voting NO. We need wages and wage increase that are above inflation and that have real purchasing power,

Part-timers will no longer be an afterthought nor looked down upon. The part-time issues have been kicked down the road for far too long. Enough is enough. If the starting and base pay isn't $25 with $0.75 for every year of service and 5% wage increase it's a NO VOTE. $20 starting pay for part-timers is a slap to their face. If it isn't $55 with a two progression for RPCDs, it's a NO. Why do RPCD and cover drivers have to accept cameras off, CAMERAS SHOULD BE OFF, that is a NO VOTE. Another 5 year agreement with no "re-opener with a right to strike/right to strike re-opener", is a NO VOTE. No contractual language to protect the rank-and-file from another pandemic is a NO VOTE.
In 1997, the central slogan of the Teamsters UPS strike was Part-Time America Wont Work. Today, as the Teamsters weigh another UPS strike, part-time workers at the company say their pay and working conditions are still unbearable.
