        No it is not. 22.4s are going RPCD before they reach top rate.

        22.4s are paid double time for working Mondays. They wont have to pay them double time anymore and until recently with the layoffs they were working Mondays.

              Getting it out of the contract is a good thing . It was stated it was a strike issue by OZ and according to their reports its gone. It seems anti-climactic because UPS was weaning itself of 22.4's because in many areas they didn't use them and they knew it would be a big issue. Glad its gone.
