The Direct Line must be a UPS Supervisor. Your statements that UPS negotiates in good faith, cares about workers, seals the deal that you never punched a UPS time clock! BTW, there is this thing called google, type in "workers right to negotiate" you will find this, Section 7 of the National Labor Relations Act (the Act) guarantees employees "the right to self-organization, to form, join, or assist labor organizations, to bargain collectively through representatives of their own choosing, and to engage in other concerted activities for the purpose of collective bargaining, within a few seconds!
