Settling a good contract with a tough national company, this is what Teamster BA's and Representatives do every day. No other union has as many contracts or in as many industries as the Teamsters. One of the reasons we get good contracts is we get a lot of practice. A Teamster Representative negotiates more contracts in one term than other union reps negotiate in a career.
