There is no explanation for the photo. Though, I'm sure that there are intended implications. If I am correct regarding the implications the post should include irrefutable proof. I would also hope that it would include any actions, or lack thereof, resulting from the expense. (I mean, wouldn't that serve as a good point?) Anything less just serves to cheapen this sight in my opinion. It certainly cheapens the character that posted it.
