It's nice that he is concerned with protecting the next generation, but he's supposed to be representing the current generation of Teamster members, who are going to pay the price of this administration's self-inflicted wounds. Please explain how tariffs on unpopulated islands are going to benefit Teamster members? Then you can explain how a tariff on a diamond exporting country is going to create jobs for American diamond miners? He'd consider a call to be Vice-President! Clear to see he's enlisted in the lunacy brigades, and no one need pay any further attention to his self-promotions.
