    Mineros and 396

    Looks like ST of 396 is being sued by a former Business Agent he fired for being a whistleblower. It is alleged that ST was embezzling funds during the OBrien-Vaima campaign for Gen President. Still waiting to see when ST from 2010 will be charged for all the skeletons he has in his closet.

              In view of these credible allegations of malfeasance in office by Mineros, the Local 396 Executive Board would be wise to retain an independent investigator to look into these charges.
