Why the hello do these flyers have so many different fonts and typesettings? Surely the PR Team knows you don't bury the headline in the smallest font in the middle. C'mon Man!
And why not explain the program - it's a few hundred thousand foreigners on special 1 year visas, from all over the world (in theory), with special tech skills to fill "vacancies " for Fortune 500 cos. Think 50 animators from India coming to work for Disney in FL. What the heck did that IBT stuff above say? Seize at the moment?? Bipatisan coalition for the public?? WTF. The H-1B program is just one more way for corporations to find cheap labor. Another side benefit is the total control the company then has over that "employee".
