The article brings up a great point that we are missing and that is "Far more important for unions is the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB)". Who is going to be the next general counsel has far more relevancy to unions and the labor movement. If the president elect Trump picks someone that is uber-business, reactionary and lapdog for the Project 2025 authors and backers then the Amazon DSP joint employer ruling is going to be thrown out. Sean O'Brien's gamble is going to back fire.

They came for the undocumented workers, not for me.

They came for the public sector unions, not for me.
They came for the UAW, not me.
Then they came after the Teamster.

I hope this does not play out but this new Trump 2.0 presidency might be something we have not seen.

All indications are that is the game plan, the interview with the four labor reporters, in another thread really spells it out. The NLRB with all its delays and faults can make decisions that benefit unions if the Board itself is fair, the first time Trump appointed management attorneys. Public sector unions will be attacked first.
