    Bigfoot Beverage Teamsters are looking down the barrel of a strike right now.
    The company is trying to squash their pensions.
    Or, maybe more accurately, using the removal of the pension to try and leverage them out of the Union completely.

    Give them a hand and sign the petition to put pressure on the University, the owners, and the company to negotiate a fair deal and keep their pension in their contract.

    The Teamsters represent workers at Bigfoot Beverage, the primary soda supplier for the University of Oregon (UO). The company is currently in negotiations with its workers for a new collective bargaining agreement. Instead of treating the workers fairly, the company is trying to take away the workers’ pensions and force them to accept an expensive, far riskier 401k plan. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the company has retained one of the most vicious anti-union law firms in the country – Fisher Phillips. Join us in standing up for the workers of Bigfoot Beverage and protecting the retirement security they deserve. Sign this petition and let the University of Oregon Board of Trustees know that we expect them to stand with workers, not with corporate interests that seek to exploit them.
