Ballots will be mailed out on October 18th and members must return them to be received by post or in-person by 5pm on Friday, November 4th 2024.

Matt Konz is a good BA.
Bobby Rispler is a good organizer and BA (partly trained by the late Howard Williamson).

Mark Davison is, as I have said to his face, utterly incompetent. Ben Vedus is likewise incapable or unwilling to engage in fighting for or negotiating a good contract; on the other hand, he does have a lot of institutional knowledge at the level of shop-floor representation. He is not entirely useless.

Any competing slate would have needed to take in the complex dynamics between the membership and the varied group of BAs that would be on the ticket with Davison. Personally, I would have voted for Konz and Rispler, and left the others blank. If there is no opposition, then there will be no secret ballot per the LMRDA.
