You have white Teamster brothers out there who support Republicans". Poor man doesn't realize that 25% plus will be voting for Trump. That's the most in modern day history. I speak to MANY that will be voting for him and are sincere about it. Borderline? lol Every time he talks, it is about whites. I saw his videos with Hooker. Pathetic. Hooker was talking about Selma moments or whatever. What makes it worse, he talked about 'people' coming for 'their' jobs (positions) when he had a slate run against him that was all black except for one man. When Silveri called that white guy in the picture a skinhead when he was actually there for civil rights and there was no such thing as skinheads in the era, I just knew how racist they all were. They should be condemned by the IBT for putting out videos in the name of this union.

And our laws and court system always do what they're supposed to do? Are you really that naive? Have you ever tried to organize a union in this country? Cause even though we have laws and a court system, corporations break those laws and manipulate the legal system every day...you know, that's why we have unions. Along the same vein, even though we had laws that gave people of color the same rights as anyone else in this country, it wasn't until the civil rights movement formed and took action that our society started to catch up. And if you think everything is all better now and we don't need people to advocate for civil rights, then you're definitely naive.

So, you are telling me that Individuals and/ or groups aren't able to utilize the court system? You would be right, that free speech and movements helped combat corporations that spin narratives and manipulate laws. There are also laws that are written that stifle unions. That's why I am vehemently opposed to labor laws. Like you said, that's what unions are for.
