"Diverting" money from H&W to fund a Pension contribution is simply robbing from one to give to another. The problem is the additional amount UPS now contributes each year is 50% less and will likely be eaten by health care cost increase each year. Thats what happens when you concede 50% of what you got in the last several contracts.
