I have known Chris Silvera for almost 40 years. He is a solid trade unionist. Local 808 was a mob controlled local union when Chris was elected to office. He cleaned the local up. Chris is the longest serving elected officer in JC 16. He is a progressive politically. I don't know Hooker as well as Silvera. What I do know is UPS hates him and that means he does a good job. He is organizing new shops.with lots of employees in Philladelphia.
