    399 Leadership is lacking

When L Dougherty took over, members at 399 we're excited for her energy. Everyone was hopeful that with this energy came experience on negotiations and even common sense. But unfortunately things have taken a turn for the worst. We had a meeting this morning that was a complete waste of time. She is obviously out of her league and members are suffering. Not going to shit talk. Hopefully there's a plan in place that we don't know about. But from today's meeting, she looked like deer in the headlights

I was told that members where expecting a update on what they are so far apart on but nothing was mentioned. Why are they not telling their members?? She's a disaster and so bad for her members

She's playing from the O'Brien playbook, whatever, it'll be historic.

Hoping for things to get better. But don't know if it was her criticizing Newsome in California, but a lot of our work has left to other states

Does anyone know why Steve Dayan left and handed her the keys?

Has she told you guys what the unions proposals are? She is all about transparency.

I heard it's hard to get into 399. How long did it take you? They have a system similar to the longshormen

I was working part time for Lyft and drove a husband/wife from airport to their home. It was a long drive and I chatted them up. Husband worked for studio and befriended him. Guess my charmed worked and he pulled some strings. Took a few months. I went from 63 to 1932 to now 399. I'm finally set. Working at UPS with 63 and for San Bernardino County with 1932 sucked. I'm good were I'm at. If things don't improve, I may change over to the dark side (non-union)

Could do this if you want

But it is a lot of code to write this and the user has to be an admin!
