Better late than never I guess. We're seeing the effects already and we're, as a labor movement, not ready for any of it. Our leaders don't want to talk about it because they have no ideas, so they ignore it hoping they'll be gone before the shit hits the fan.

I've always been amazed, that leaders spend so much time focusing on the superficial and near term. This isn't going away the question is how to mitigate and manage it for the benefit of our members..The resolution seems like a thoughful starting place for this problem. I hope it garners support.
