We had a knucklehead on the ramp that played games. He would call the mechanics over to a plane that he knew wasn't going to make it out on time. When the pilots and mechanic agreed that the pilot didn't call them, he would call the plane a mechanical delay. In a driver's center here, a guy lost his job for not scanning a pick up or something stupid. He was out of work from January till March (when the Manager got fired). What did the manager get fired for? Harassing the drivers, imagine that.
