C&S is run by Rick Cohen's daughter. As Faust points out C&S will buy hundreds of union stores and at least 8 DC's if the Kroger merger goes through. Combine that with Daddy Cohens model of automating facilities and you have a recipe for thousands of high paying teamster jobs GONE. The IBT is more than aware of this.
