It's a steamroller, everyone should understand their only motive. Total absolute control. No wonder he's Trumps PAL.

Let me get this straight, did the members reject an offer that the union negotiated? Was it a similar offer as the previous? If both are true, then I support trusteeing the Local. The sad part is that the guy taking over the local is the same man who supported the UPS contracts that were not negotiated in our favor.

The first offer was of 99 cents per year.

The second offer on March 28th was of 5 more cents to $1.04 per hour.

Details of the offer that was rejected last Sunday are unknown. Then all of the sudden the local was trusteed and given to that inbred redneck.

Who rejected the offer, the local or the members? Did it go to a membership vote?

I can only assume the Local Board negotiated this and presented it to the members. Or is it what was left on the table and the negotiating committee rejected it? It appears to me that the Local union is not negotiating in good faith. Just need context.

The last proposal was presented to the membership that voted it down by a huge margin

It was voted down by 93 or 94 percent.

Ok,,, well, if it was negotiated then turned down by the membership twice, I would have taken action against the Local as well. I will now go back to Change.org and rescind my signature.
