He even lied about where he was going. How long do you have to be in the union before O'Brien gives a shit about you?

Don't worry, TURD will release an article defending SOB's schedule and how long you must be in the union before you ask him a question. You will get 10 years of seniority if you join TURD now.

Why are talking shit on TURD?

Ken "the $5 whore" Paff was a Teamster got less than a year. His son David Levin never worked a Teamster job.

The TURD defended the termination of organizers of color on Black History month. This should be easier after Ken the bankster collects the fees from the Labor Notes session. As we all know a TURD has no conscience.

22.2 and 22.3 positions are being eliminated. There will be no "new" full-time inside jobs. Ben Vedus, NMA inside negotiator, said that UPS is eliminating shifts and hubs (Baltimore) because of "so many" 22.2s. How many unfulfilled 22.3 jobs are left from the old contract? About 20,000+, to that, by the end of this CBA, you can add another 7,500.

This brave one year Teamster deserves a metal and answers to her questions instead of the brush off from this bully. Next time ask him why we had to take a $50% cut in our benefit package in his "historic" "no concessions" contract.

The comrade that asked those questions to "I Gotta Catch a Plane" SOB is from Teamsters Mobilize.

Lemme refresh SOB's memory of the 2023 UPS contract negotiations. Celeste Drake, who worked for the Biden administration "was pivotal during the labor disputes between the UPS and Teamsters, which were resolved last month".

When it comes NMA Article 22 Section 5
                    (a) Part time Employees
                    (1) All part-time employees who attained seniority as of August 1, 2023 receive the following general wage increases for each contract year. The total wage increase for each year will be as follows:
                    2023 two dollars and seventy-five cents ($2.75)
                    2024 seventy-five cents ($0.75)
                    2025 seventy-five cents ($0.75)
                    2026 one dollar ($1.00)
                    2027 two dollars and twenty-five cents ($2.25)

                    Now lets compare that to

                    ??????(b) Newly hired part-time employees
All part-time employees, who are hired or reach seniority after August 1, 2023 will be paid according to the following progression:
                    Start $21.00
                    Twelve (12) months $21.50
                    Twenty-four (24) months $22.00
                    Thirty-six (36) months $22.50
                    Forty-eight (48) months $23.00
The start rate for part-time employees hired after August 1, 2027 shall be increased to twenty-three dollars ($23.00). Employees already in progression shall be raised to twenty-three dollars ($23.00) on August 1, 2027.

To refresh SOB's contractual language memory. Part timers hired after Aug. 1, 2023 will only get 50 cent raises compared to senior part-timers will get higher raises, as stated above.

You do not have to be in DSA to say "comrade".

Sean O'brien and Company negotiated that 4 year progression.

Yes they did. SOB's response to the question of allowing the creation of a new tier for part-timers was, "that is not true". A four year progression for full- and part-timers only benefits the corporation/UPS. I want to see a one year progression: every three months will be one step in progression. I heard this idea on Teamster Talk.

I can unequivocally say that he negotiated 4 year progression. But, then again, 3 year progression was negotiated the contract prior. The progression was always 2 years with higher increases. If you supported Hoffa, you supported all of this. That is just like waiting a year for benefits. It was always as soon as you reached 30 days, you get them.
