They are a TDU-front group that was deployed using the same moniker as the OZ Slate. And yes, they, because of the pressure from Teamsters Mobilize, endorsed $25 for about two weeks. Zuckerman said he thought all part-timers deserved that on a TU call. Then, they retracted that demand. Well, they just erased it. OZ no longer felt it important as the full deal was done likely before July 25th.
