    Who is WSWS?ARE THEY ANTI-Teamster/ANTI-Union

Who or what is WSWS? People have been posting this stuff recently. Seems they hate the union, more so the Teamsters quite a bit.

Their labor dude addressed this last year
The reason many workers are opposed to the deal between UPS and the Teamsters is simply a fair response to a bad bargain.

I've read many of his articles and they are well researched and factual. As to whether they are anti Teamster I suggest that OZ put down the glock and quit shooting themselves in the foot.Don't give those who oppose you a toehold.

Exposing corruption and sellout contracts does not make one anti union.

That must be a blind Seanie who continues to lie about his failing New England pension.

The WSWS wrote a very good article on that subject.

Questioning your union is now anti-union? lol So, I was anti-union since 1997 and didn't know it? Hell, I guess I gotta stop questioning the union's financial spending at my local, like Richard Hooker's $10,000 BBQ that he refuses to turn over receipts for. So, these "Hoffa Bad" idiots are telling me that I am the problem now. Ok, let me go crawl back under a rock. Or, better yet, go join TDU and throw money at the real problem solvers. lol

Is the WSWS anti-union because they acknowledge that that Teamsters lost big against UPS?

They are Trotskyists and support the labor movement as a means towards socialism. They are very upfront about their positions, and they also publish articles that include a wide range of debate. In terms of UPS and the Teamsters, on every article they write there is a meticulous attention to detail. Tom Hall did a great job at explaining the MRA mess in the contract and how Local 89 backed down from their singular "No" vote after that ridiculous MoA was released. This level of granular, detailed reporting is essential.

My point is that members may agree or disagree with their politics, but they are reporting factually accurate information. Additionally, they hold call-in and Zoom meetings where UPS workers are invited to come and speak. And usually there's always been a wide range of voices there - even Davison's VP from Local 162 came to one!

Finally, I will say to all of those red-baiting on here, two words: Farrell Dobbs.

                  Really?
The only Teamsters affiliate to vote against recommending the proposed UPS deal was one of the biggest, Local 89 in Louisville. The move comes just before rank-and-file Teamsters are set

                    Then here.
After voting 'no' on the national tentative agreement between UPS and Teamsters, Louisville's Local 89 has changed its mind. Here's why.

You're talking out your ass again. You said that you supported Sean O'Brien through his career, then and now. Fred was against O'Brien in 2013. He actually called him a crook.

Here's your guy. This guy (Fred Zuckerman) called the board cowards and then ran with them in the next cycle. He wanted to knock all the fence riders off. Let's not forget that he was writing letters to Hoffa begging to be on his executive board while giving speeches like this. By the way.... Fred made a phone call to the Hoffa supporting President of this local asking for his support, then went to a campaign rally for the opposition at this hotel. Fred is nothing but a two faced snake. Local 89 don't what again?
