          Quick question? How did the Union lawyer for 572 end up running the Local? There should be bylaws in place that someone needs to be at least a minimum of 5 years rank and file to serve on an Eboard or be Principal Officer

              I believe that the OZ delegates proposed a constitutional amendment that GEB members must have had 24 months in craft, which was rejected at the convention. The only requirement for office, that I'm aware of, is 24 consecutive months of membership prior to taking office.
