We're well aware of the constraints imposed by both anti-union laws and the decisions made by Teamster leadership. Our stance is clear: we advocate for the eradication of all No Strike Clauses within union contracts. Layoffs essentially function as a form of 'locking out' a significant portion of the workforce, underscoring the necessity for unions to retain the right to strike in response. Currently, we're actively strategizing our next steps in light of the detrimental 2023-2028 UPS Contract.
