This whole thing should not be happening teamsterlink has been a great resource. Employing any firm engaged in union-busting can't be justified. At the next convention there should be a constitutional amendment to prohibit any dues being spent on any company or law firm engaged in "union avoidance" programs or union-busting. It would seem like that would automatically be the case for any union anywhere, but thats not the case in the Teamsters.

Think about it this way. These gentlemen paid their dues for YEARS and TDU has a couple month long Teamster (Fake Teamster) and people who aren't even Teamsters running a money-making business. Not only that, the members here are dues paying members.TDU shouldn't even be welcome at the marble palace that we pay for. The hypocrisy is way too obvious. They aren't protecting our trademark, they are trying to destroy descent.
