Raises to keep up with inflation for example

$4 per hour up front is pretty damn good for wages, particularly since a person has the potential to earn that raise every year going forward, plus the other raises. Has anyone else been getting more than that?

At least according to the release this TA has a lot more in it in addition to the wages, but $4p/hr is a great place to start.
